The idea
AI doesn't lead change. People do.

I've seen what that costs from the inside: I was on the team that built an enterprise AI product at one of the largest financial institutions in the world, and when it shipped, 180 roles were dissolved. The technology worked. The question it left behind is the one I now spend my life on.
