The story

Orlando, the enterprise, and the day it ended

I grew up in Orlando, Florida, and spent over a decade in enterprise technology: leading global software teams, managing multimillion-dollar initiatives, and eventually building enterprise AI products that produced about $10.8M in business value. I earned the certifications (PMP, CSM, CSPO, SAFe), led about $25M in technology portfolios, and did the work well.

Then the bank let me go. That scene opens my book because it was the moment I stopped confusing my past with my future. I couldn't control the decision. I could control what I built next.

What I built next

Three things, in order. XConvergence, an enterprise AI strategy and implementation practice, because organizations were buying AI without the people to lead the change. Stand ON Change™, a leadership methodology and flagship program, because the people were the missing piece every single time. And Autonomous AI, an AI operating system, because leaders who multiply need systems that work while they sleep.

I run all of it from Costa Rica with my wife, where we also lead Kingdom Hooper, a faith-based youth basketball and leadership mission. Different rooms, same mission: build the person who can change the circumstances.
