Alec D. Diaz is a Leader of Change & AI Strategist, keynote speaker, entrepreneur and author working at the meeting point of leadership development, systems and AI. In enterprise technology he led global software teams, a $25M technology portfolio and 50+ technologists at some of the largest financial and data analytics institutions in the world, and helped build an enterprise AI product that generated about $10.8M in business value. He holds PMP, CSM, CSPO and SAFe 6 certifications. Today he is the founder of XConvergence, an AI strategy and implementation practice whose Founding Program builds the offers, brands and growth systems behind speakers, coaches and thought leaders; Autonomous AI, an AI operating system for world changers; and Stand ON Change™, the leadership methodology behind the Leaders of Change community. His book, The Intergenerational Strategist, is the business strategy playbook for service business owners building through the AI shift. Alec has spoken for BNY, the University of Central Florida, NSBE THRIVE, The Salvation Army and Toastmasters International, is a member of Les Brown's Hungry to Speak community, hosts The Alec Diaz Show, and leads Kingdom Hooper, a faith-based youth basketball and leadership mission.
