Alec D. Diaz is a Leader of Change Strategist, keynote speaker, entrepreneur and author. Over more than a decade in enterprise technology he led global software teams, managed about $25M in technology portfolios and built enterprise AI products producing about $10.8M in business value for some of the largest financial and data institutions in the world. He holds PMP, CSM, CSPO and SAFe 6 certifications. Today he is the founder of XConvergence, an enterprise AI strategy and implementation practice; Autonomous AI, an AI operating system for world changers; and Stand ON Change™, the leadership methodology and flagship program behind the Leaders of Change community. His book, The Intergenerational Strategist, is a guide to building ownership, wealth and leadership that outlasts you. Alec speaks to HR, talent and leadership audiences on leading through AI and exponential change, and lives and builds in Costa Rica, where he also leads Kingdom Hooper, a faith-based youth basketball and leadership mission.
